Joy Marsden has over 20 years business experience in a number of fields including technical textile design, Marketing, Customer Service and Area Sales Management working with business Tycoons: The Mars Group, Next and Avon Cosmetics. 

She is an influential change advocate working with leaders, leadership teams and their employees around the world using her uniquely designed Keep Stepping® Principles, which focus on key areas that must be mastered when going through challenge and change.

She is the author of Keep Stepping! Essential ways to lead yourself and others through challenge and change and sits on the board of several organisations as an ambassador for leadership and growth.
